The new model RVA-Supe4 had been successfully launched with a simultaneous programme of launch activities at the AACC & TIA meeting in San Diego, USA and the ACI Cereal Chemistry Division & Wheat Breeders Assembly in Canberra, Australia in September.
Launch activities included display and demonstration of the new RVA, presentations, technical papers and elebrations at the annual Users’ Group meetings.
A brushless direct drive motor, state of the art hardware, restyling and a new software release make this the best RVA ever. Optimised especially for low viscosity applications, RVA-Super4 will be an invaluable tool for cook tests, melt tests and benchtop "miniature pilot plant" production routines. Applications include paper, packaging and food starches, sauces, ketchups, gravies, dressings, mayonnaises, soups, dairy foods, beverages plus non-tarchy foods and ingredients based on hydrocolloids, proteins or combinations of thickeners, texturisers and stabilisers."
