The format of the meeting will be 2 1/2 days filled with technical sessions, daily poster sessions and exhibits. Topics include plant breeding, traceability/IP systems, food safety, grading including rapid subjective testing, flour quality requirements, trends in bread and noodle processing, basic research on dough rheology and wheat flour components.

Meet with Newport Scientific Managing Director, Rodney Booth and visit the Newport Scientific stand during the social on Monday and Tuesday, 4:30 - 6:30 pm.
