Newport Scientific Pty Ltd and Perten Instruments AB announce distibution agreement for Scandinavia

Stockholm, Sweden - May 10, 2007
Newport Scientific Pty Ltd (Sydney, Australia) and Perten Instruments are pleased to announce a sole distribution agreement for Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway beginning June 1, 2007.

Rod Booth, Managing Director of Newport scientific said "this is a perfect opportunity to build on the synergies between the product lines of the 2 companies. We believe Perten Instruments in Scandinavia is able to enhance the support and services needed to further penetrate the market. Paerten had the local know-how and had many years of experience working with customers in grain, flour, food and feed industries."
